A neighborhood
built on trusted neighbors.
The Commons is Washington Shores' vetted network of care providers, skilled professionals, and civic partners — each of whom has made a covenant to give back to this community.
Every provider listed here has signed a covenant to give back — through free workshops, service credits, or member discounts. That's what makes The Commons different.

How This Works
The Commons Covenant.
The thing that makes The Commons different from a directory is the covenant. Every provider has agreed to these four things.
Vetting before listing
Every provider is researched before they appear here. We check licensing, reviews, and reputation. High-risk categories — counseling, financial, legal — require credential verification from public registries.
A give-back commitment
Listing here isn't just visibility. Every provider chooses at least one: free workshops, service credits for benevolence referrals, member discounts, or a contribution to a scholarship fund.
Annual re-confirmation
Providers re-confirm their information and covenant once a year. Listings that are not renewed are removed automatically. The Commons stays current.
The church's right to remove
Pastoral leadership reserves the right to remove any listing at any time to protect this community. A listing here is earned — and can be lost. That's what trust requires.
